Recommend it for group getaway

We enjoyed our stay in the two-bedroom apartment with a great balcony that was perfect for late-night talks under the stars. The game room was a huge hit with our group, brought back so many good times playing poker, just like the old days.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but considering the experience, I’d say it was worth it.

Loved the condo at 84 Main! It felt new and clean, and the appliances were all high-end. The flat-screen TVs were a nice touch, and those beds? Super comfy! Easy access from the Maine Turnpike made getting here a breeze. Meeting Barney, the property manager, added a personal touch. He walked us through everything and was friendly. A couple of areas need attention, though. WiFi didn’t work at times, which was frustrating since I wanted to check in with family. A few more beach chairs would’ve been nice, too. Other than that, it was fantastic overall. I’d definitely be back for another stay.

Welcoming local atmosphere

The penthouse was stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering spectacular

views. The spacious layout and amenities like a full kitchen and game room made our family stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, construction noise early in the morning disrupted our afternoons at times.

Cleanliness was top-notch, and the kitchen had high-quality appliances which made cooking easy. However, noise from trucks could be bothersome early in the morning. Having beach access was great, but the WiFi connection was inconsistent at times, which made communications tricky during our stay.

The full kitchen equipped with quality pots, pans, and essential appliances makes meal prep a breeze, especially helpful for families. The laundry facilities in the suite are modern and convenient, truly a game-changer for longer stays.

Noise from the street is noticeable and can disrupt your peace, especially if you're sensitive to traffic sounds. Additionally, the soundproofing between floors leaves much to be desired, with guests in adjacent units easily heard, particularly during late-night hours. Finding a parking spot can also be a hassle during busy times, which might detract from your overall experience.

Oh wow, those toasted sandwiches at The Blue were next level! Plus, the Three-Bedroom Apartment was impeccable—lots of windows and a deck wrapping around meant plenty of sunshine. So spacious and clean, perfect for family gatherings!

There was a slight smell, possibly from the heater, but a quick crack of the windows cleared it right up—definitely didn’t stop us from planning our next trip back!

great location but not perfect

The location is perfect, right in the heart of town and conveniently above a fantastic coffee shop. The beds were super comfy, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. I particularly loved the city view from my room, adding a lovely ambiance to my stay.

The check-in process felt a bit disorganized.
